Will it work. I know most everyone uses DA front suspension when upgrading their HF or DX CRX. Well I upgraded my EG front suspension to GSR & was just wondering about saving a few bucks & swapping in the EG front suspension into my CRX. Dont see what it will hurt but I dont wanna throw anything off or out in the front of my CRX..
I know the struts/shocks have about a 2-3 inch increase in height over their ef counterparts. If you like the monster truck look go for it. Otherwise as said already, geometry issues will be certain.
yeah I'll enlighten you to the FAQ section https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-crx-ef-civic-1988-1991-3/88-91-crx-ef-civic-frequently-asked-questions-faqs-1508680/

If you just want to use EG/DA struts, both EG/DA Rear Struts will bolt up to your stock rear LCAs, EG Front Struts will require EG forks, DA struts should bolt up.
front suspension wont work, you'll need to change the knuckles, using a ef ex or da knuckle, and yeah your camber will be positive by like an inch here's some pics from my ef. the rear is bolt on. lol i just looked at the pics and its kinda hard to tell. but yeah my car was did not have a motor at the time.
