rpm not reading right

Default rpm not reading right

when i drive my rpm reads higher than its suppose to when im on the freeway around 60 my rpm at 4000 and 80 its at 5000 can it be somthing in my dizzy or my cluster its a gsr motor in a eg it just started doing it the other day

icm (igniter) is probably on the way out. had this issue before.
