Is there a DIY to put it back on.
OK, so i took off power steering pulley, belt, and reservoir, and no longer have power steering. i took it off because i thought it would be fun driving. It is indeed fun but im worried about my rack and pinion getting messed up, since i dit not install a manual rack. So is it worth taking off the power steering on a pretty much stock car. Do people drive fast cars with power steering still on.
Lol. I hate to tell you OP, but a manual's probably not going to help. All the ever say is 'installation is reverse of removal.' Which should be easy, since you removed it, right?
Really, it shouldn't be that hard. Put the hoses back on. Bolt the pump back up. Put the belt on. Install the reservoir.
