Default OT: Alarm purchase for the R gone wrong

Hey guys,

I know a bunch of you have dealt w/ this installer in the past for your ITR's. If any of you can lend a hand in any way shape or form it would be very much appreciated. I'm currently R-less as a result of this ordeal and hoping you can help me to get her on the road ASAP! 01-138 appreciates your support

Hopefully you used a credit card to charge Paypal, that way the CC company can do a chargeback if necessary.

Appreciate it

Apparently the 2nd shipment was "returned" to USPS due to the suspicious nature of the contents. Not quite sure why the first didn't make it.

Either way my patience is wearing thin.

I've dealt with him for alarm installs for 2 separate cars. You are 100% correct on that being an understatement.. Good luck bro.

I read about this when I was in GDD last night, I actually also talked to him about an alarm systemm to upgrade my current alarm system. I hope all works out well in your case, he responded to my questions within an hour on every PM I sent him.

He responded very quickly to me as well before I sent any money. The whole following through on the transaction part is where things went downhill....................

those prepped alarms are a mess, I hate to go against the h-t grain but I know somebody that was unfortunate enough to overpay for one and it had to be all cobbed back together.

Get your money back, I have a guy that is the man who will more than likely fly to where you are to install it (many ITR owners can vouch for him)

Still nothing guys, texted Desmon this morning and still haven't got a response.

He quoted Tuesday as the guaranteed arrival date for the unit.................Tuesday has surprisingly come and gone

Looks like someone wrote on his visitor message wall w/ a very similar issue, this guy is out of control!

I don't understand why people continue to do this time after time. People like him have been around HT for years. They capitalize on a great talent that is in high demand at the time and get in way over their heads.

Why wouldn't he just return your money with a nice little apologize then contact you when he's got his head above water and knows that he can deliver his product on time.

If his money management is anything like his time management, he probably doesn't have the money anymore
