Run a compression test thats were I would start then I fuel pressure test fuel pump could of went out you sound like you already checked the spark those are the first things. What ECU are you using? what else have you checked so far and any other symptoms?

you have to put a wire or something like in the fuse box under the hood so your dash or ecu will blink can't remember which fuses you connect but I will try to

is it a knock sound? sounds like you put a hole in the front of your block to me.

there is no hole i checked its not a thrown rod cause i would have seen the oil but i just checked compression and cylinder 3 has no compression and has no movement what so ever

chances are, if cylinder 3 isn't moving, you blew the motor. check the back of the block of a hole. or you snapped the connecting rod, and managed not to put a hole in the block.

my first reaction when the car died was hopefully no thrown rod so i already all over to make sure the engine has no hole in it and it doesnt so it is possible that the connecting rod snapped and ended up not throwing a rod and making a hole in my engine

so my question now is if it the connecting rod that snapped and if i take the engine off came i just get away with a simple fix of replacing that piston and rod ? or would i have to send it to a machine shop and get all types of work done to it

i would guess that if the connecting rod let go, you have internal damage to the motor. you're better off finding another bottom end.
