Icon2 gasoline fumes sucked in by AC

Just drove my son's 2002 home after dealer cleaned egr, ports etc.... (took everything off down to cylinder heads to find clogged passage). On the way home started smelling gasoline and found gasoline spraying all over engine (very lucky no fire) Called dealer and told them I was not driving it back so they towed it back. I am just wondering since the AC system filled cabin with fumes are there any filters or anything which should be replaced or cleaned after the leak is repaired?

if you have a cabin filter, replace it after it's fixed (make them do it). There's not much else you can do after that, but just let it air out and maybe leave some baking soda sitting in the car for a few days. keep the air set on fresh until the smell goes away. recirc will keep it in the car longer.

Wow. Sorry to hear that, but very careless work on the dealer's part.

Wow, how was the car running? I mean, the fuel had to be coming from somewhere. It must have been running like ****.
