They are called "city lights". I installed amber led's in my 4th gens headlights that give it the same legal amber glow

it cant just b that simple... i have amber parking lights, n my lights dont come close to the lights in the Pic i first posted

 

You have to consider the effects of angle, camera lens, etc. But if you have bright amber LEDs in your parking lights, it will look as close to that as possible.

 

They make wide angle 168/194 led bulbs. Those should do the trick!

I was also under the impression the lights in the headlight housing were city lights and the lower front bumper lights were the parking lights... guess it's all semantics.

A bright, wide angle LED would certainly seem to do the trick. And as mentioned, exposure and angle are probably playing a large part in the photo.

 

It's not semantics. The radiator doesn't change your gears and the muffler doesn't steer.

Not sure what lights you mean "lower front bumper". Fog lights? Blinkers?
