Default Anyone know how to setup a Pocket Romulator?

I want to make sure it works before I sell it. The green light's on... But there is no solid help threads online for this thing so I don't even know what that means.
I synced the hardware & software baud rates to 115200 after a sketchy suggestion, frankly I'm not 100% on that. Checked it in RE4 and Crome, no connection.

I'm halfway expecting nobody to respond to this, but, bump anyway.

Get a terminal program and send "VV" to it. You should get 3 characters back. The baud rate used to be 115200. I'm not sure if they changed that at any point.

I loaded a binary through the pocket programmer software and the buffer-RAM verify was successful. But if I plug in to an ECU it's solid CEL limp, and there's no connection in any ROM editors with settings at 115200.
Do you mind explaining a terminal program in more detail?
