Check whether 7.5A dash fuse 15 is blown.

Hope you dont have the HX with the seven wire o2 sensor you will have to change the engine harness, make sure you didnt accidently splice into another sensor circuit to ground because this will send a signal to the ecu for the primary 02 heater circuit failure code 41.

Are you waiting for the sensor to warm up? It ususally takes 30 secs or so...

Check whether the O2 sensor plug terminal for the heater element power wire gets battery voltage with the key in ON(II).

You need a multimeter. Did you check whether the heater element gets voltage? Have you checked the wires for a short or open? What is the resistance of the heater element?

If your tuned with a turbo, you shouldnt need your O2 sensor hooked up to your ECU anyways. (depending on the tuning program)
But, since i dont know your set up, Leave the OE sensor where it is, weld in another bung for the wideband, and run the wideband sensor directly to the gauge.
