the ECU I know for sure is a p27 chipped obd1 as far as the dizzy im not sure but its got 2 plugs so i think its obd1 as well.

Is gas injected into the cylinders?

Is spark bright white at all four plugs?

Are the plug wires installed in the correct firing order on the distributor cap?

Is the mechanical timing correct?

YES YES YES AND YES

It does have AEM tru time timing gear on it and greddy timing belt with ngk platnum plugs and vision motor works 10.2 spiral core plugs.

It was doing the same thing last week and I undid the fuel rail and noticed the injectors were only dripping fuel so I replaced them today with new ones 310cc and tried it and the injectors worked fine.

but before the changes if I sprayed starter fluid in the cold air intake it would run. i tried it after the new injectors and nothing

Yea all the grounds are good. It cranks and sometimes acts like it wants to start but just wont roll over and run.

I do know that I dont have the knock sensor but was told it is not needed in the 95 teg b18c1 or if it was chipped and it is both.

I also dont have a crank position sensor dont see a spot for it and it was not on the block when I got it.

anything else that will def keep it from running?

Also I didn't do the wiring it was already wired when I got the car but I did plug everything where it goes during the rebuild of the motor and car

Are the cylinders now flooded with fuel?

Have you compression tested the cylinders?

the cylinders are not flooding with fuel and yes they are all getting good compression as far I as Know.

it will crank and crank and crank and every once in a while act like its going to start a little like its trying to fire off but then wont and continues to do nothing but crank

o and another thing the spark plugs are getting spark but its an orange'ish color spark its not bright white like stated above. BUT! wouldnt it still fire off as long as its getting a spark?

If spark is orange, then the coil is on its way out.
