I haven't driven my car @ 8psi for awhile now. As a matter of fact I really haven't really boosted pass 3psi for about a month or two. I started my car this morning and checked things out while it was warming up. As I checked my pcv breather I felt a couple of drops of oil. I heard it was normal for them to do that and I also heard it was bad. Its the first time in 2 yrs that I ever had oil come out of there. What do you guys think?

any smoke?

 

haven't noticed any. i did do some 8psi bov's in 2nd today and didn't get any smoke.

 

its normal to see oil there. If theres no smoke then your OK.

 

If you remove the PCV and see smoke then its blow by bad! But if there is no smoke then your good to go.
