JDM H22A with bent connecting rod.. what else could be wrong
hey there i am new to this site it has given me some great info on threads i have read.but i need some help now..i have found a jdm h22a1 for what i would say would be a really good deal but the catch is it has a bent connecting rod.. i can replace the rods and pistons but i haven't really dealt with blown and damaged engines much so. im wondering what else could be wrong with it..would it be worth buying to rebuild?? any insight would be great ..thanks
so many possibilty's
LIGHTLY bent crank, scored sleeve walls, rod could have dented the sleeve walls, so many veriables i would say to and look at it and take off some bottom end parts and look at what ever u can, or seller will let u then make ur choice then

does the engine run quitley....without smoke....if so change the crank and rods and swap with f22a parts....honestly how much is the engine?
i can get it for 200 ...i was talking to him but didn't ask how long he ran it like that so im not sure on that..but i figure the head it worth 200
