Have a 98 ek hatch and have an obd 1 ls motor and tranny... Considering
the harness and the fact it's for an obd 2 and now it has an obd 1 engine. Basically what's necesary to wire it correctly? Any diagram links I could get from you guys?? This is for a friend and I don't know n e thing about his car

 

obd1 ecu.......p75 i think someone correct me if im wrong on ecu code

 

But does the ek harness plug straight onto a p72? And run the ls motor correcly?

 

sorry excuse me a p75, but how does a obd 2 wiring harness plug into an obd 1 computer? r they pinned the correct way?
