Fuel + Spark = No Start?!?!
1994 civic dx d15 motor
I swaped wire harnesses and the new one was the wrong harness, so I put the original harness back in and now the car wont start. It cranks over and getting fuel to the fuel rail and its getting spark to all 4 plugs. What did i do wrong??

those are the two of the three parts of the equation an engine needs to fire
fuel+spark+compression=ignition and obviously you didn't lose compression by changing a harness and you say you have spark, so fuel is your problem

if it's only getting fuel to the rail that's your problem, verify that the injectors are functioning and you are getting fuel in the cylinders

Is spark bright white at the plugs?
Are the plug wires installed in the wrong firing order on the cap?
Is the mechanical timing correct?
Will the engine start with starting fluid?
