I'm having some swap problems.
Right off the bat I want to give a list of what I have done so We don't have to spend a couple of days answering questions about what I have/ haven't done.
Here we go.
I have a 1988 civic sedan that just did an engine swap on.
Swapped out the stock d series motor for a b16a1 motor.
Current Ecu is obd0.
Did a full dpfi to mpfi conversion.
Changed the IM and TB to match what is in a 94 del sol for californias picky taste. Both of which were throughly cleaned befor the install. Apparently JDM isn't welcome...
Currently not throwing ANY codes.
Swapped the TPS.
New spark plugs.
Currently has the dual o2 sensor set up.
Removed all the AC components.
New radiator.
MAP is stock from the D series.
Recently had all of the exhaust piping and muffler changed from the cat back.
The fuel pump is stock.
Here is my issue, the car will run great at higher rpm's but in the low rpm's it will bog down and sputter a bit, this comes as challenge just for the fact that this is the speed the the guy needs it at in order to smog it.
I have adjusted the TPS to the factory specs, which has helped a bit, but it is still a significant amount of sputtering.
I have a p30 obd1 ecu that I am going to be installing along with a 4 wire pre-cat o2 sensor. This is going to be done in the next week or two.
Also I am having a bit of trouble finding the correct parts for this engine. Dizzy cap and rotor etc.
What do you think could be the cause of this?

Re: I'm having some swap problems.
Tried to adjust the timing last night. Both advancing and retarding the timing. It still bogs down at around the same rpm.
Could the ecu and the o2 sensor have such an effect on this issue?
