so i jsut swapped a jdm h22a into my 93 si
i went over every connector before i went to start it, i installed the p13 that came with it, went to start it and nothing, well its a crank no start
i checked to fuel line and nothing is coming out, no fuel pressure

does anyone have any ideas as to why im not getting fuel, i even put the orginal ecu from the h23 to see if for some reason it worked and still no fuel
is there anything that typically causes this, possibly even low battery voltage, could that cause the fuel pump to not get enough voltage and deliver fuel? im really confused if anyone has any ideas id greatly appreciate it, im trying to get this started before i head off to college

 

check if your fuel pump turns on when you turn the key to on position you should be able to hear it from the tank if not check fuses
