i have lost gas mileage on my civic lately and i have done a tuneup on it, and i still smell the unburned fuel going out the exhaust, on the civic dx there is an actuator that runs the butterfly in the throttle body, the actuator went out and i have the butterfly zip tied open, could this be why my gas mileage is ****?? let me know any opinions
