i'm working on putting together a H22a1 swap into my '95 wagon Lx.
aside from bolt-ons with CARB IDs on them, does everything else need to be stock when i go up for smog and taking it to get BAR'd?
i was thinking of doing some work to an a1 head, port polish, and getting the block machined and the tranny rebuilt.
