Help I bought a car with a missing Part, What goes here?!
is the gray with white inside plug 4 pins?
check under your car for a secondary O2 sensor. if one is hooked up, they simply have a different OBD2 engien harness. 96-98 is OBD2a and 99-00 is OBD2b. one ahs teh second O2 in the engine harness, teh other has it in the dash/interior harness.
Extra plug, no worries
green plug looks like a automatic solenoid plug
is your car originally an automatic?
run the vin number on www.myhondapartsstore.com and find out.
or go to a dealership.

look under the distributor. single wire sensors are there. perhaps its a coolant sensor or an oil switch plug.
oil switch is next to the oil filter in teh back of teh block

This car is a 95 odb1 , the green wire has 4 pins a black and blue, grey connector just has a ground wire. What other modules are tied to the distributor wiring harness?

That is for VTEC pressure switch on the right and VTEC solenoid on the left (in this picture). If there is no where to plug it in right by the distributor than you don't have a VTEC solenoid.
