I recently changed the valve cover seal and tube seals and I'm still getting oil in chamber 4. Do civics have lower tube seals like 90-93 accords? I did get a full valve cover kit and the kit did not come with lower tube seals.

would that be on the bottom or the top of the spark plug...!!!
