Default EG suspension issue

Okay, so my 94 ex coupe just got the motor put back in about 2 weeks ago, and i need to get an alignment, but theres a problem with my suspension. First off, the car has skunk2 lowering springs, with stock struts in front and kyb's in the rear with blox rear LCA's.

Now my problem is that the front of the car sits about 2 inches higher than the rear does, now the rear sits where it is supposed to be, and the front used to sit at that height, but now for some reason doesnt.

I've had a few people look at it and no one can see any real problems or issues causing this stance problem, so does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Was it always like this? Or just after the engine install?

Before I took the motor out it sat at the correct height, put the motor back in and lowered the car down and it also sat at the correct height the first time i lowered it down if i remember correctly, but i had to jack it up a few more times, and i didnt really notice when it started not wanting to drop to where it should be. Hope this helps.

Well I had my car on the floor without an engine for about three weeks, then when i put the engine back in the front was higher then the rear, after about a couple days it went back to normal, i drove it around and it fixed itself.
