D to f engine swap help
its the same as doing a h swap. imo if that motor is the single cam non vtec prelude motor, save your money. imo if you want to stay single cam but still go f series go with any motor from the cd5 (94-97) accords. they will be a tad slower than gsr swapped civics, but not by much.

if im not mistaken, the f/h series heads are 100% bolt up and go, unlike the d/b heads. if i could sell my car (or motor for enough) i would seriously consider doing a f22b2 or f23 swap. they are also the perfect motors to through a turbo kit on and destroy a boosted b series car.
