Dear 5Spd swappers,
stupidly simple question.
I have a CD5.
To drill the hole to mount the upper bolt on the clutch pedal bracket,
I plan on removing the wiper assy. and drilling straight up from inside the cabin.
Is this what you guys did? I dont wanna mess anything up.

When I did it I didn't have to remove the wiper assembly. just the cover over the wipers. Just attach pedal to the master cylinder, get it straight and then you'll have an Idea where to drill the hole. then use either a 2 1/2" or 3" bolt and make sure you have a washer for the top. Oh yah and I highly recommend you have someone helping you when installing the bolt because doing it alone SUCKS!!!
