So my brother and I are in the middle of a b16a into 1990 crx hf, every thing is going very good so far.. the only thing i think im gunna have some trouble with is the vtec wiring. ive looked online and i didnt find any good websites.

Any suggestions?

this site shows you how to build an LSV but scroll down the page and it will say where each vtec sensor plugs into on the ecu harness. hope it helps

your not planning to referee this car, are you? last i heard jdm motors wouldn't pass anymore.

or is this a US Spec motor, if so then you will be ok.

 

no its not going to be a street car. its fully gutted. My brother and I are just looking for a car to take to the track.

yeah ill have to put some pics up as soon as my camera work with my laptop.. we got the stock motor out today and all the interior now next weekend in goes the b16.

 

i have still not yet seen this so called "you can't bar jdm motors anymore" on paper to back up the hype...its more like either a hit or miss whichever state referee you get to make that decision...!!!

 

yeah i was just looking online and it doesnt say anything about not being able to BAR a jdm motor, atleast the site i was looking on.. but it doesnt matter because its gunna be a straight track car.
