Default D16 Rebuild HELP

Alright let me see if I can explain everything so you have all the facts.

Motor: D16z6 with eagle rods, srp pistons, micro polished crank, arp headstuds, cometic headgasket, skunk2 valves, ported/polished head, supertech ti springs and retainers, DSM graveyard reground cam, all new gaskets, custom turbo kit, FIC 650 injectors, Phearable.net chipped ecu, supertech block guard.

I think that is everything I had the bottom end done and picked it up from the local shop, I told them I was waiting on my head to come back from RPM(another local shop), they said they lubed the cylinder walls and wrapped it (I believe they used wd40 and a bunch of it.

Anyway I get the motor put back together and in the car, ti starts and runs perfect I let it run about 10mins and then changed the oil. It was foamy, milky I figured from them sparying the cylinder walls and it sitting about 3 weeks waiting for the head. So I changed the oil and then started and let it run for 1minute and checked the oil. This is what it looks like when I drained it.

Im asking what you guys think would cause this. Remeber the motor ran 1 minute and the oil when to that.

Thank you for any advice.

Mike

looks like water got mixed in there. maybe there is a leak and your coolant is mixing with the oil?

I checked the coolant and it seemed like it did not lose any. I could have and I didnt notice it, any ideas where it could be leaking that would cause it to mix in under a minute of running. All four quarts of oil looked like this also.

I'm an automotive machinist, been doing the honda engines/transmissions for about 5 years. Pm me if you'd like to troubleshoot the problem.

I'm sure I can point you in the right direction.

Edit: If you would like my guess as of now, I would say improperly installed gasket, or the block/head mating surfaces are too rough. Possibly an issue with the torquing of the head.
