Icon2 Lighter flywheel yay or nay?

Got a b18c5 w/ s80 LSD & stage 3 clutch. Was wondering if getting a lighter flywheel is a good idea. If so 7, 8 or 9lbs? Steel or Aluminum? Thanks in advance for the advice!
