I'm not really following you, sorry.
"I check the relay and works the plug ins good to so I decide to wire to the fan the fan turns on"
Voltage to the fan motor and it works, YES the motor is good. Why is the motor NOT getting voltage is the question. Fuse, relay, sensor, switch. Need to work our way back and answer why the voltage isn't getting to the fan.
Can you help with a few more details as to what has/hasn't been tested?
Are both fans not working. AC off and car gets hot, do or which fans come on. Car cool and with AC on both or which fans come on?

This is what I did when I had the same issue. I gave both fan motor(A/C & Rad fan) power and ground, so if the fan motors run, that eliminates the wires, fuse, and relay and vice versa.

What I did to the cooling fan relay(4 prongs relay) for diagnoses is use a OHMmeter checking for continuity between two prongs on the relay, so whatever two prong has continuity means that thats the coil that current flows through to pull the points of the other two prongs. So you give the two prongs that has continuity ground and power, that should make it click. If not, there's an open in the coil inside the relay. I've heard of working relay still goes bad even though they click with power sending through them; thats cause the points are burnt and pitted, not enough contact to send current through the contact points.

I did all this and everything checked out good, and so I went to the fuse and what do you know. It was a blown fuse.

Hope this help.
