Bought this from (yea i know) harbor freight. I'll try it out... If it sucks, i'll take it back. Anyways...


It's 7pm here, anyone know where I can find some tungsten wire this late on a friday... or argon gas for that matter? National welders is gonna be closed all weekend...

I can't use flux core wire for the time being in this thing can i?

 

tungsten isnt filler wire its an electrode. and you cant use flux core wire for filler. you can use MIG wire though just fine.

 

i am actually going to pick up that same unit for myself. for the money it will be a nice practice unit. master it and then move on to a better unit.
