the fuse that blew is probably the radio-cig lighter fuse or the back up fuse

I think the door handles can be remove from the inside by taking off the door panel. FOr the h/u you might want to check all wire under the dash and fuses for burn..

It is the "back-up" fuse in the engine bay fuse box, probably a 7.5A, it blows if you have an aftermarket HU with the HU 12V constant, [yellow] wired to the stock 12V constant in the radio harness.

You will need to run a fuse 12ga lead from the batt. to behind the HU, connect the HUs yellow lead to it, don't forget to cap off the stock 12V constant and replace the fuse, with the proper one, NEVER replace a fuse with a bigger one, you can burn your car to the ground. 94

i had this same issue with an integra i bought from a friend they previous owner before him installed the head-unit with out any type of wire connectors when i pulled it to see why the head-unit didn't work only a couple of the wires had tape on them.

i never knew about this fuse i had checked all the inside ones with no luck was going to just bite the bullet and replace both the clock and the hu
