I would skip the camber kit unless you have major negative camber. The main culprit is going to be your toe setting.
Take the car to an alignment shop and have them adjust the toe. Once it is set, you should be fine. This is provided you don't have some other unknown issue that has caused your suspension to be misaligned.
My junker has basically the same setup as you. Its a 94 Civic EX. I have the Firestone lifetime alignment and take it in every 6 months to a year for an alignment. My tires do not wear excessively, and I have had the same set of Falken Ziex ZE-512s for about 3+ years. I don't know the mileage, but I can tell you that it was daily driven up until Jan. of this year without significant tire wear beyond what should be expected for the length of time that I have had the tires.
I also rotate my tires on a regular basis, which is always recommended.

It doesn't take much toe misalignment to cause your tires to wear significantly. Think about it as your tires VERY slightly turning left or right the entire time you are driving (straight or turning). This will continuously wear your tire the entire time you are driving.

If you're asking, then the answer is almost certainly no.
Take it to any good mechanic. It will probably take him about an hour, which shouldn't be all that expensive. And it will be cheaper than what you spend wearing down your tires while you drive.

Even if you flip them, though, that doesn't cure the problem; it only makes the tires wear faster on the other edge. You still need to get an alignment.
You seem to be intent on doing everything except getting an alignment that would probably fix your problem. So there's no point in continuing this discussion.
I agree. Just get an alignment. What is the point of rotating the tires? You're just perpetuating the problem. In the long run, it's more expensive to keep replacing tires than to get an alignment now.
