I have a quick question about LS (pr4) and B20 (pr5 i think?) heads. I'm sure it has been covered, but I'm too lazy to search at the moment

Now are B20 heads pr5? correct?

Will pr5 parts work in a pr4 head? (valve guides, valve seats, dowel pins, retainers etc.)

Reason I ask. Looking to finish my all-motor LS build, I work at a honda dealer and can order honda parts for a discount, but not acura lol.

ahh okay thanks. will the parts still work in a pr4 head with no issues?

checked the specs on both heads. they are different, so i'm assuming thats a no go on the B20 head pieces

 

the only things that are diff is the valve sizes

 

yeah i just double checked again, specs appear to be the same

p8r head has 33mm intake valves, but those heads are pretty rare, and never came in the us. pretty much any b20 head you will ever come accrossed will be a p75 which is the exact same as obd2 ls head.
