will a valve from a 91 LS head fit in my b20z2 head? the exhaust valve has a hole in my b20 and i have an ls head in my garage. thanks in advance
Im pretty sure they are the same. You can get a brand new valve for $15-$25 I would replace them all if you have a b20 head Depending on your funds. I know my b20z when I got it had the sunken valve problem. I just put a older ls head on.

I had a 99 EX auto V and now I have a 99 EX 5 speed. I've never had a problem with my current eventho i've only had it a short time. My previous has gone 90k miles (my ex still drives it) without a valve adjustment.
That being said, a lot of people on the CRV-OC say that the V (and consequently the B20 motors) should have a valve adjustment much more often than the listed interval in the manual because the valves "tighten" on the B20 head and receed. I can't substantiate the claims with evidence but others seem to have had this problem semi commonly, maybe i'm just lucky.
