Default Car wont rev past like 3500rpm

I wired b10 and b12 to the distributor the motor is a ls in a 1990 ef hatchback.I wired to the dizzy like instructions said on MPFI conversion. But I removed the crank angle sensor from the block.Im using a chipped p75 the chip has a two step and it sounds like thats what its doing but I dont have a tach so im guessing its bout 3500 two step set at 4500 while parked I can hit two step or what I think is two step. But while driving it wont rev up more than 3500 or 4500.My brother told me crank angle wouldnt make my car go into limp mode can somebody help me.

Lose the chipped ecu, do obd1 conversion correctly and try again.

You're saying you have a p75, thats for an LS motor right?

Vtec engages at a certain point for a reason, dont mess with it.

Besides, what do you need with all the excessive, and unnecessary tuning? This is a street driven car, correct?

a ls motor doesnt have vtec... and your throwing a code thus putting it in limp mode. check the code and fix it.

haha, oops. I got thrown off because he said he has a two-step chip. I've heard of two-step in reference to vtec..

EDIT: actually, he didnt specify the motor, he could have chipped that ecu to run an ls-vtec or something.

Car doesnt have vtec and motor is somewhat built but didnt feel like stating it because I dont see what that would have to do with the car going into limp mode.

Thats the only ecu that will run the car stock ecu wont even start it.Unless its a p28 so thats kinda pointless.

Obd1 conversion is done correct unless you are talking about purchasing a rywire engine harness.Car throws no codes.I checked it like 4 times no codes at all and yes p75 is other ls ecu from 94-95 pr4 is from 92-93 obd1 da.
