car wont start. its been doing this for a while. the fuel pumps seems to do whatever it wants but usually fires up after some aggravation . figured its the main relay. this morning it started, but around noon it didnt and still wont. the CEL wont go off once i turn the acc's on, and my ECU isnt flashing any codes. I pulled the ECU fuse and the +battery cable, still nothing. any input?

fuse is good man. im stumped.. the CEL goes off, but fuel pump doesnt prime. when i go to crank it, the light comes on SOMETIMES, but no flashes from ECU. i dont get it. just went to advanced auto, and they dont have the relay I have on here? now from my understanding .. the mitsuba 12v is the main relay, the other relay un-dash is for the alternator. i need to get my **** running!
