I have a 96 dx coupe with a b16a2 motor in it. I want to run AC but i am a little unclear as to which AC I am looking for.

Do i need the AC out of any 96+ civic coupe or do i need to use the AC from the 99-00 SI.

please shed some light on this for me I am trying to get this taken care of before summer is really in full swing.

you can use either one as long as you got the Si ac mount. im using my d series one it sits weird but works good.

 

ok i just want to make sure. at this point there are no lines or anything in the car, it was all removed by the previous owner. I am going to buy the lines and everything else from a 2000 Si. Everything will fit right in?

I just want to make sure I dont need the lines and etc from a 96 coupe single cam motor.

I will need a Del Sol Bracket to make the AC work?

Its hard to search for good info on this subject.
