ok im gunna start at the begining its rebuilt with 9 to 1 comp. forged pistons rings rods ect. put about 3000 miles on it after the rebuild an was running great! i did the third oil change on it the other day an after that it was bogging out in vtec it wouldnt let me go in to vtec i tried hitting vtec again an it died. i wasnt getting spark so i took the disi apart and the screw for the rotor was bouncing around in the disi. bought a new disi cap rotor. it runs now but it wont let me get past 3500 rpms it boggs out almost like a rev limiter. i tried running a chiped p06 ecu with a tune for the car same thing the weird part is it only boggs out when its warm i tried map sens i tried tps i tried almost every sensor i tried a valve lash i tried resetting the timing i cheked the vtec cylinoid i cant figure it out!!!

 

so ur car is turboed? i assume this becuase u are running low compression pistons.

 

no im not turboed yet im going to but dont have the money yet
