ok, i have a 96 honda civic 3dr with a b16a2..........i was running a stock p28 ecu and it give me this code 43, so i bought a usdm p30 and it give me the same code.........it comes on when am drivein at a steady paste and when i turn the car off and back on, it goes away. i try another ecu, a obd1 p72...and it does not give me no codes....it works nice but vtec comes in to early and burn a lot of gas...the p30 run good but i just wanna get rid of that code.......i don't know why the p28 ecu and p30 ecu gives me that code and not the p72ecu...please help me solve this problem

- Im not sure what that code implies really. Does anyone know exactly what they are mentioning? gas tank, fuel rail, fuel filter? etc..

 

yea, i know code 43 is fuel supply system....i read some stuff on it and it says what u said
( fuel filter, fuel rail..etc). i don't even know what to start messing with to try to fix it.......i also don't understand y the obd1 p72 does not give me that code.........

For code 43, if there's no performance problems, then check the primary O2 sensor.
