Default EK blackout headlight pics

Was looking around and most of the threads I found had no pics anymore.

I got a silver 99 with all the black accents, mirrors, grill, etc. Was thinking about blacking out the headlights or buying the ones of ebay that are blacked out and oem style but not sure if it will look good. I am planning on doing an HID retrofit and cant decide whether to blackout the whole thing when I do it, including the reflector or just do the housing.

Some pics would be great. Any EK with the black accents on it would be awesome. Thanks alot guys.

Yea thats a good shot of what Im looking for. Its been hard for me to find a straight on one like that that shows the whole front end. Was kinda hoping to get one with the unpainted trim but i know alot of you guys paint your grill and stuff.

Nice looking civic by the way and thanks for the pic.
Anyone else got some?

Well CTR's are close to 800 for a set, and most dont want to spend enough money for an engine or tranny on headlights just b/c their CTR. Stupid Comment

Well the gunmetal of the CTR looks cool and I might consider doing that with some OEM ones but I dont think it will match as well since my car has all the black accents and stuff and im not willing to spend the effort painting stuff like the mirrors and rocker trim. Will consider it though.

And hell no i would never spend that much on oem jdm bull especially since Im going to hack up these headlights to put some TL projectors in anyways. Just looking for ideas on whether to go all chrome or do something with the blackout. Since I am going to be buying replica oem's anyways was thinking if i do something blackout then I might as well buy the ones like that anyway
