I'm looking to buy a set of wheels tomorrow. I have a 98 Honda Prelude in black, and I am going for the oem look. I found a shop that has JDM 16" Champion White DC2 wheels, and he also has a set of 17" Gunmetal EP3 CTR Wheels.

As far as my exterior, I currently have a front lip, and I am planning to lower my car by Eibach Springs with KYB Shocks.

I couldn't find a black prelude with CTR wheels, but here are some pictures..




Which wheels would you guys go with?

I wouldn't pick either. Have you considered SH rims?

Also, trying to specify a rim by the chassis code isn't very exact. For example, DC2 is also the chassis code for the GSR. If you said you were interested in BB6 rims, would that mean the base model blades or the SH 5-spoke? Get the picture?

No, IMO SH wheels are the one of the worst wheels I've seen. I like the look of the base model blades. But I am looking for a different look.

 

That's why opinion threads suck. Most people think that the SH rims and the S2K rims are some of the best-looking Honda ever made.

Id say the CTR wheels look better then the DC2 on a 5th gen imo, There Catchy to the eye. what size were you thinking about going? 16 or 17's

 

Yeah and the thing about the DC2-R is the width and offset don't match well with the Prelude at all, sunken in wheels, now that's FTL.

Where can you get a set of EP3 CTR New?? i dont want nobodys handme down and scratched to **** oldies. Ive looked all over and cant find a set.
