i was wondering if it was possible to put a 2 inch lip on factory ctr wheels ?? anyone on here know where i could get that done or has a pic of it done??

The are one piece wheels, so no. It's possible in theory but it would be very difficult and probably unsafe. You'd be better off getting someone to custom cut you some wheels out of billet or something if you just have to get low offset CTR wheels
