Alright this is the situation. The car's 94 civic with a D16z6. It's having a weird idle problem that only happens when the car is warm. When the car is warm and sitting still it idles erratically and surges from 800 to 1000 repeatedly. I replaced the map sensor and no change. But If you unplug the iacv it stops and idles steadily , but it also will stop is you unplug the tps with the iacv plugged in. But which makes more sense the iacv or the tps being bad?

 

IACV... If the problems goes away it u unplug it u found the problem... same problem with my z6

 

u can drive with it unplugged but when u go to take off everytime it will surge alittle bit... honda dealership about $220 to replace other then that u have to order it online
