what tires use to dyno a hi hp car like 800 hp,I have 9x15

I use 275/50/15 Nitto Drag radials.

I want to try the 275's next, I got a free set of the 235's so I said screw it. They work pretty good.

doesnt the dyno eat them? My brother had some drag radials on the dyno and they were shooting chunks of rubber

it depends on the dyno as well. some of the older beatup ones are harder to hook. but I've been on two fairly new dynojets and have been "sorta" able to hook on some cheap 205/50/15 Hankooks haha.

It was probably a dyno dynamics then, You basically have to use snow tires on that dyno so they dont get destroyed

Drag radials are the way to go-- bias plies/ slicks get destroyed in short order.
