Brake light in dashboard wont turn off

Brake light in dashboard wont turn off
I have a 93 civic eg and the brake light in my dash wont turn off. My e-brake is fine, but i just replaced a hose on one of the calipers so idk if that messed it up?

On my Subaru, if the brake fluid was low, this would happen. Check your brake fluid and make sure the caps are installed properly. What hose is messed up? Brakes are not something to have hoses messed up.
