Stock sleeve LS/VTEC. Rods and pistons are up to you. Valve train and valves are always a plus. You wouldn't need ITR cams, GSR or B16 would work fine for that power level. You won't need the fuel rail or pressure regulator unless you want things to look pretty. You could do an LS, it'll just take a good bit more boost.

Everything looks good, but if you only want 300-350 out of a VTEC engine, you don't necessarily need the Victor X manifold (recommended for the LS though), a Blox or Skunk2 ITR replica would work fine. Keep the stock throttle body for driveability. 2.5" piping IC piping with an intercooler rated for more than 350hp. 3" exhaust obviously (Thermal, K-Teller, etc.). Pick up a GM 3-bar MAP sensor (or Hondata MAP sensor - they take the place of the old, unused MAP). TiAL or Precision wastegate. Whatever BOV of your liking. And you'll be fine.

Tune with Neptune or Hondata S300. Do not do a piggyback. Standalone's aren't necessary at that power level.

And welcome back to Hondas. Good luck, and I hope it goes smoothly for ya.
