Default Ls/vtec for dummies

I am building an ls/vtec for my 91 integra. Yes and i am a dummie i really want some info on some stuff. My plans are to get a ITR head form factory with springs and valves the whole deal but the cams. Get a set of after market cams for the head. i have a B18A1 motor other then then one in my car. i have it stripped it looks pretty good it had a 140,000 on the motor i plan to get it re-sleeved. Now i plan on getting srp pistons 8.5:1 compression ratio and some eagle rods. and a eagle crank. then i plan to put a decint turbo kit on it. Now my questions to the brains of the honda world is. Does this sound like a good set up? Will this last me a while? What type of bearing should i gett and where too look for them? What other things that i sould take into consideration building this motor? Help would be awsome.

LS/VTEC is an aweomse NA setup. If you wanna boost something, buy a GSR.
