so the is basically gone on my J's cf intake, can i just take high quality clear and spray it on?

 

i would use a fine grit sand paper or scotch brite and scuff it down really well. then clean it up and respray it in a "good" quality clear coat. then you should be all set. just be cautious when scuffing not to go though the clear coat, just scuff it.
