looked on this diagram http://www.hondapartsunlimited.com/i...&submit=submit
looks like you would have to buy a new head or find a used one

I've seen head part outs. You'll probably have to buy all the cam caps, but yeah...you'll need to get a line bore to make sure the hole is perfectly concentric with the new cap.
yeah i try to go to a machine shop and see what they can do i just got the b16 motor for 480 and i dont even noticed that

I worked for Honda for years. It's true that part is not sold separately. There are how ever many people that blow motors up, and many odd parts out there.
- call some wreckers
- check ebay
- put wanted add on craigs list or HT market place

i can tell you i have some but you will find there line bored to the head no 2 heads are the same i had 3 heads and put all the cam caps in the same box and it took me hours to get all the right caps back on the heads thay came off of. even thought i numbered them it's not fun sorting out that many cam caps.

thanks all for the responds! should i buy this b16 head for parts on ebay here is the link ... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/B16-H...Q5fAccessories
as far as know these cam caps are specific to the head. when the head is machined out of a block of aluminum the cam caps are broken off after the head is complete. so i'm not too sure if you can really put another cam cap on it. but thumper64 might be onto something with line boring it.
I wouldn't wast the money on that ebay head.
and i talked to my Mechinist today (trying to see when i get my motor back) and he stated that All alumminum heads that are Sohc or Dohc are cast with No cam holes and after the cam caps are put on the head thay are then drilled out for where the cam rides in the heads and that means that the cap are all diferent on each and every head.
