GO FIGURE IT OUT DUDE.

I would decide on the base-coat-background-color, and spray that out over a nice clean surface and a coat or two of primer.

Once it looks nice, mask out w/e it is you want to put on there, and spray it with a coat or two of a contrasting color. Remove masking, admire.

heat paint probably.

not hard at all ! i jus want to knoe how far do i seperate the stripes and i already polished the cover i want it to look glossy and yeah i cap alot not the point tho

 

Find a photo you like. Base your design off that.

You can find photos on Google Image Search.

 

You can prep it about the same way as a paint job I am pretty sure I could be wrong. But from there just make a template and air brush it, or buy a a cut online and air brush it. Then just clear it, I don't know if regular clear will hold up to the heat I have never painted a valve cover, but I bet they make some arousal can clear for high heat. I hope this helps.
