depends on how well the head flows and how well the engine expels the exhaust gases.
are you tuning the engine yourself?

going to place to have it tuned but im trying to figure you why im running so shitty its a h22a type s pistons and milled 60 over head in a h2b setup but it doesnt feel so powerful as it should im trying to figure out why
what cams? what computer? what engine management?

Yeah, and ignition timing at the same time. Overall with more compression you will be running less timing. .06" doesnt leave much piston to head clearance either unless you re-counterbored the head for the pistons. I'm pretty sure taking .06" off will get rid of the quench pads in the head completely.
i know i have high 12:1 CR pistons and my ignition timing is pretty advanced to get it to run any decent without a tune. i blow quit a bit of black smoke and im running really rich. at least your getting a tune
