Type R valves and valvetrain into B18C1
I just purchased an entire Type R valvetrain that had about 10K miles on it. I'm going to install it in my B18C1 when I find some CTR cams.
I heard the GSR exhaust (or was it intake?) valve springs are actually stronger than the Type R (because the R valves are lighter), so should I just leave the exhaust side stock and install the intake side? Or just install the entire valvetrain?
Also, when installing the Type R valves, do anything need to be done to them or the head since they were worn in different engines, or will they be fine just dropping them in?
And when I remove the head, I need a new headgasket. Should I go stock or is there something else I can get?
Any other advice for the install? I've done everything else on my car including the swap itself, just never removed the valve cover off my car. Plan to learn a lot from this, thanks.

install everything type-r
you need to recut the valve seats on the head and the valve
use stock headgasket...I recommend using high compression pistons to raise compression and avoid decking the block or thinner headgaskets. It'll make things easier on you.
How many miles on the motor? -If high mileage, replace valve seals and valve guides. A machine shop can install the valve guides and recut the valve seats for you.
